Leadership of Dimension Zip Lines
Where Engineering and Zip Line Passion Combine
Kenton currently serves as president of Dimension Zip Lines, LLC and continues to pursue its vision. Kenton leads Dimension’s efforts with regard to design, prototyping, safety-testing and final production.
Kenton graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. During his tenure working for multi-national corporations he became a licensed Professional Engineer and obtained a master’s degree in business administration (MBA). In his spare time, he enjoys running marathons, being involved with his kids and most any outdoor and adventurous activities.
Colin graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. His experience with research and development for an international corporation proved invaluable in the team’s efforts. Additionally, Colin brought a wealth of knowledge pertaining to patent law and his knowledge facilitated a smooth assembly of Dimension’s patent applications. In fact, Colin holds numerous patents himself.
Sean graduated from Texas A&M University at Galveston with a bachelor’s degree in maritime systems engineering. He has worked internationally in many facets of engineering and project management. His hands-on approach helped the team refine the product’s final details, elevating the Dimension concept to its final level. Sean’s passion for adventure has taken him to zip lines as far away as Costa Rica, the zip line mecca of the world. While riding zip lines abroad, Sean made note of the archaic and often frightening manners in which many commercial courses stop their riders. This experience shaped Sean’s desire to be involved with the development of a state-of-the-art braking solution.
Dr. Jay C.
Jay holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, a DDS degree from the Texas A&M University Health and Science Center’s Baylor College of Dentistry, and a post doctorate degree in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from the University of Cincinnati’s University Hospital. Jay spent much of his early years skateboarding, snow skiing, snowboarding, rock climbing and countless other outdoor adventures. His passion for outdoor adventure certainly was a great fit for the Dimension team. Jay was involved with Dimension from the very beginning as the initial concept began to develop. As a surgeon, his attention to detail and focus on safety has proven invaluable. As early models were designed, Jay’s input regarding a demand for safety and simplicity helped shape the development, progress and ultimately the final design.
